Company Role; Not a Licensed Broker. 

Except where expressly disclosed in a signed written agreement, Stone Property Buyers acts as a principal real estate investor purchasing property, or an equitable interest in property, for its own account, and does not act as a licensed real estate broker or agent representing you. Where Stone Property Buyers markets a property or contract, it markets only its own property or its own equitable or contractual interest. Nothing herein shall be construed to require a real estate license where none is required by applicable law.

Fair Housing

Stone Property Buyers supports and complies with applicable fair housing laws, including the federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other class protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent

To the extent any call or text message to your wireless number is made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice (including AI-generated or AI-assisted voice technology) for marketing or telemarketing purposes, you provide your prior express written consent to receive such communications from Stone Property Buyers at the telephone number you provide. You understand and agree that: 

(a) consent is given specifically to Stone Property Buyers; 

(b) such communications may be delivered using automated technology and artificial or prerecorded/AI-generated voices; and 

(c) your consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale of property, goods, or services. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, following opt-out instructions in any communication, or contacting us using the information above, and we will honor your revocation across all reasonable channels. We maintain an internal do-not-contact list and honor applicable do-not-call requirements. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary.

Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver. 

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court and except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Stone Property Buyers agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms and Conditions, or any communications between us, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. You and Stone Property Buyers waive any right to a trial by jury. Claims must be brought on an individual basis only, and you and Stone Property Buyers waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall proceed in court but this provision shall otherwise remain in effect. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box, submitting a form, or otherwise affirmatively indicating your agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Where an affirmative acceptance mechanism is presented, your agreement is evidenced by that action and a record of your acceptance may be retained.
